Matt (Left) is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served with First Battalion Third Marines, Third Marine Division, from 2007 to 2011. He deployed in combat operations to Iraq in 2008 and Afghanistan in 2009.
Matt was twice awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal–with a "V" device for valor–for actions taken in combat as an infantry machine gun squad leader. He received an honorable discharge in 2011.
Matt holds a BS in Marketing from Penn State, a J.D. from Albany Law, and has over five years of industry experience. In his off-time, he is an avid rugby player and fan, and attempts to cultivate a golf course-quality lawn at his house (keyword, "attempt").
Dave (Right) comes from an extensive and admirable background of public service. He has served over 10 years as a police officer, receiving numerous commendations for performance and for going above and beyond serving the public. Impressively, he is also a member of SWAT in his jurisdiction.
Dave's family boasts a proud history of service as first responders. He also has over two decades of industry experience.
In his off-time, he can be found on the baseball diamond, wrestling mat, basketball court, and football field coaching his son, Ryan (the "warrior"), and fetching popsicles for his younger daughter, Moo-moo.
Dave and Matt are committed to maintaining the highest levels of service, quality, and professionalism throughout the Capital Region.
